Covering 80m2, this apartment can host up to 4 guests and is ideal for a business visit to Amsterdam or anyone who prefers the quiet of the suburbs. It is situated on the fourth floor but can effortlessly be reached by the use of the elevator. The apartment is furnished in a luxurious, modern style with wooden floors and beautiful photographs and it will make you feel right at home. The apartment is rather spacious and even contains a balcony.

The living room of the Sandenburch apartment is a spacious affair with big windows and lovely furnishing. The living room has two large sofas, a TV, a DVD player, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi Internet connection. On the back of the living room there is a door to the big balcony. The living room doubles as the dining room and contains a wooden dining table that can seat up to 4 people. The kitchen, connected with the living room, is fully equipped. It contains a stove with 4 gas cookers, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. It also includes a dishwasher, various electronic devices, an oven and a microwave.

In total there are two bedrooms: one at the front and one at the back of the house. The master bedroom has a large double bed (180cmX200cm) with 1 lovely large duvet and is situated at the back of the apartment. The room is rather spacious and bright and contains air-conditioning, a hand basin, side tables, lamps and plenty of closet storage. It looks out on to the balcony.

The second bedroom is located at the front of the house. This room, too, is rather spacious and bright. It has a slightly smaller double bed (140cmX200cm) with 1 lovely large duvet, a TV, side tables, lamps and closet storage. The windows can be very effectively blinded, but when open, the windows look out on to the gallery. The nicely styled bathroom has a shower, toilet and a washbasin. There is a second toilet in the hall.

The use of air-conditioning is possible in the living room and the master bedroom. Should your wish to use this, the costs are € 10 a day.

The Sandenburch apartment is located close to the economic centre of Amsterdam, the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam. Not only that, it is also very close to the World Trade Centre and business convention centre RAI. It may be located outside of Amsterdam’s direct centre, it is still easy to travel to and from. You are literally only a few minutes away from the city centre of Amsterdam, either by public transport of by bike. All major attractions such as the Anne Frank house, the Royal Palace on the Dam square and the world famous Amsterdam canals can be reached easily by bus and tram in just a few stops! The immediate environment of the apartment is very peaceful but there is plenty to do here as well. There is a large park only a couple of minutes away, for example. A supermarket, dry cleaners and other stores are also located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
