This 110m2 apartment is located on the third and fourth floor. Both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen and dining area are located on the third floor. The whole of the fourth floor is a living room that blends into the roof terrace.

After entering the apartment you will reach the third floor. It’s furnished in a modern Baroque style. Most time is usually spend in the kitchen. That’s why there all the necessary accommodation are present. From dishwashing machine to a large oak dining table, from a balcony to a oven, from a (good) coffee machine to even a flat screen TV. If you open the door you can reach the balcony.
The master bedroom and smaller bedroom are both capable for 2 guests. The master bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
The smaller bedroom has a comfortable extension bed.
Nature stone covers the bathroom and lavatory floor. No need for cold feet before entering the bath or shower. That’s because there’s floor heating. Throughout the whole house you will have Wi-Fi.
The fourth floor is a Balinese inspirited living room. A big lounge bench with enough room for everybody. From a relaxed position you can see the Amsterdam Skyline with the Rembrand-tower. The top floor is Air-conditioned. There’s the possibility to watch a movie or play a game on the Xbox with Dolby Surround System. There is no “baby fence” at top of the stairs.

It’s possible to walk right onto the fully furnished roof terrace for a BBQ, a nice drink or a refreshing shower. The terrace is surrounded by a fence for privacy and security. The sun will reach the terrace at the end of the morning and will be there all day long.

The Riverside area is located in the south of Amsterdam. The Riverside is not in the centre but it’s located so you can reach all the famous major attractions easy with public transport.
It takes you 15 minutes walk, along the river Amstel, to reach the Centre border. Go the other way? Nice place to go fishing or go biking and see windmills or beautiful villages like ‘Ouderkerk aan de Amstel’ or ‘Vinkeveen. ‘Ouderkerk aan de Amstel ’ is well-known for their variety of high end restaurants.
For business purpose the location is ideal: RAI, WTC and the Amstel are close. Parking is a big problem in Amsterdam but there are possibilities for free parking here. So a trip outside of Amsterdam is no problem.
Vacation with the family? A calm and safe area. The parks, children farm and the Zoo are possibilities. Even going to the beach is possible by train or car.
