Of all the virtues of the apartment, I value most its location. It is situated in one of the best neighborhoods of Amsterdam, and a walking distance from major museums and sites of interest. The proximity of Albert Hein supermarket on Museum plain adds to the attraction.

The information on airbnb site lacks the fact that the apartment is located on the third story of the building and has steep and narrow stairs, which may present a problem with caring a heavy luggage.

This is a standard rental apartment, a little sterile but functional, in a good location. Watch your step on the narrow, twisting stairs, especially when going downstairs with luggage.

Wonderful apartment and great location right opposite the Rijksmuseum, only a short walk to Dam square etc.

We felt very at home, comfortable beds and sofas and every utensil and glass etc. you could need in the cupborads. We didn't actually do any cooking but if we were there for longer we definitely would have taken advantage of the facilities.

Apartment also has a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer! We brought our own hairdryer and iron so bear in mind you do not need to.

The area the apartment is in is quiet and clean, barely saw or heard anyone outside! Right next to the canal which we liked to go and sit by in the morning, and we were luck to have such gorgeous weather.

Adriaan picked us up from the airport and also dropped us back there, lovely guy, and checked us in smoothly and quickly.

We had been moved to this apartment a few weeks before travelling as the one I had originally booked got sold, so we only paid around £200 for the 3 nights! Absolute bargain! I think the usual price is around £360 for 3 nights which I think is well worth it.

That we weren't there long enough!

I broke my leg in the midden of the big street in front of te museum, and had to go to the hospital by ambulance. The man, who reached my husband, was very nice. Because I couldn't climb to the 3. floor, he reservated for ur last niight in amsterdam a hotel with a room on the ground floor. Even when we didn't need that hotel, cause I was obliged to stay in the hospital and had an operation- very complicate fracture- this man was very nice and helpful and concerned about me. The app is very good located, clean and we had a marvellous view from the big window of the living room.

    Dear ACA team,

I would like to express the utmost satisfaction with your apartment, friendly team and the service I received. Everything from the moment I landed on Shiphol to the moment I went home was perfectly arranged by your company.

Adriaan was waiting for me right in front of the exit to pick me up and transfer to the apartment. We immediately started a pleasant conversation and Adriaan was very helpful in providing many useful information about the city. The check-in was smooth and welcome package really nice, more than I expected.

The apartment is in a beautiful part of the city, conveniently located in between the Canal Ring and south, de Pijp, where all interesting cafes and restaurants are. Rijsk museum is just across the canal. The apartment itself is lovely, equipped with all possible necessities as well as coffee, tea, sugar supplies and bathroom ware. The bedroom looks to inner yard, is very peaceful and the bed is comfortable.

Adriaan arranged the sightseeing tour for me and my friends, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! If you come to visit Amsterdam and have at least 1 spare day,I recommend, as an absolute must the tour with Adriaan. He is a very nice, talkative and interesting person and the places he took us to left us even more inloved with the Netherlnads, its tradition and people.

Thank you Adriaan, Gert-Jan, Sunna, Philip & Marissa for all your attention, help and care!

Wish you all the best in your private lifes and many happy customers!

    Hope to see you again,
    Jovana

    Accueil parfait.

This is easily the best apartment we have had on a city break. The apartment itself is in excellent condition and very well kitted out. Everything worked fine, the apartment has a nice atmosphere and the views from the living are really great. The location of the apartment is also excellent with good bus and trams links and is close to a number of attractions. There are local shops and restaurants in the area if you don't want to trek back into central Amsterdam. A really good aspect of this apartment was cityapartments who were really helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use this company and try and book this apartment the next time I go to Amsterdam.

We thoroughly enjoyed a nine day sty in the museum view I apartment. It is spacious, clean and has an outstanding view as advertised. The airport transfers were convenient and friendly and the service provided by staff was both friendly and responsive to our needs.

The neighborhood is excellent and convenient for shopping and entertainment. fabulous restaurants nearby and the Albert Cuyp open air market nearby is nice for produce as is the biomarket across the canal.

Highly recommend this nice apartment for 2-4 persons.

shower could us a shampoo shelf, kitchen could use some basic condiments but cooking utensils were adequate to prepare a proper meal.

We rented this apartment for 4 nights rather than stay in a hotel and we definitely did the right thing! This lovely apartment has a spacious living area, large bathroom (amazing shower) and a bright and airy feel. It is clean, well maintained and comfortable with everything we needed for a short break. The location is very convenient for the De Pijp and the Leidseplein areas and you can walk to Damn Square in about 30 minutes, maybe less. I would definitely recommend this apartment and wouldn't be suprised if we go back for another break.

The stairs are very, very steep... any steeper and they would be ladders! And as you're on either the 3rd or 4th floor there are a lot of them to climb. It is fab excercise and you get better at it as the week goes on, but if you have health problems then maybe this apartment isn't for you.
