The Landsmeer House apartment is perfect if you want to combine the peace of the country with the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. This nicely decorated house is located in a quiet border town of Amsterdam called Landsmeer. It is easily reached by either car or public transport and it is a lovely place. A great aspect of this location is the fact that you are not only very close to Amsterdam, but that you can also easily reach small towns in Noord-Holland as well. Covering 130m2, this house can host up to 6 persons quite comfortably. It is rather spacious and has a large garden. It is comfortably furnished and it will provide everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

The very comfortable living area has views of the front and the back garden and several windows, making it a very bright space. The living room includes a comfortable couch, a TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi-stereo/CD. The living room is attached to the kitchen and the dining area. The dining area has a big wooden dining table with 4 chairs, but the table can seat up to 6 people. The beautiful design kitchen contains a hob stove with 4 gas cookers, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle and a coffeemaker. A dishwasher is not available in this apartment.

The first bedroom is on the first floor and is located at the back of the house. It has a large double bed (160X200cm) with a large lovely duvet, a TV, bedside tables, lamps and plenty of storage space. It has a very peaceful ambience.

The second bedroom is also on the first floor and has two single beds (2x90X200cm) with 2 single duvets. It is very conveniently furnished and it contains a video player, bedside tables, a desk, lamps and plenty of storage space. This room is located at the front of the house. On the same floor there is a nice bathroom that contains a bath as well as a shower. It also contains hand-basin and toilet.

The third bedroom is on the second floor (loft). It has two single beds (2x90X200cm) with 2 single duvets and is quite spacious and bright. The room also has a TV, a desk with a PC, bedside tables, lamps and plenty of storage space. This is also a great room to spend some time behind the PC or gazing out the window, coming up with what to do next with you time in Amsterdam.

A great aspect of this house is that there are two gardens. This also makes this house ideal for families with children who can safely play outside without having to go out on the street. The back garden of 50 m2 is on the south and has a large porch with table and six chairs.

The house is situated just north of Amsterdam in the border town Landsmeer. This lovely little town is located in the country but very close to Amsterdam and several other townships. It takes about 15-20 minutes by bus to Amsterdam Central Station, which is basically right in the centre of Amsterdam. All major attractions can be reach easily from the Central Station, like the Anne Frank House, the Museum Quarter and the Vondelpark. Biking to typical North Holland villages like Schellingwoude, Ransdorp, Edam en Marken is a must! And it is also very easy as there are clear maps and signs on the road with clear directions.

Public transportation to the apartment, from Amsterdam airport Schiphol: take the train to Amsterdam Central Station. Take the back exit and walk to bus 93 or 173. Step on of the bus at bus-stop: van Beekstraat in Landsmeer. (Here you find a small shopping mall with supermarkets.) Walk back 50 meters on the Dorpstraat. Take the first street to the left: the Doctor Martin Luther King straat. Follow this street for 50 meters with a curve to the right. Stay on this street for another 150 meters a take the curve to the left. Still walking on the Doctor Martin Luther King straat and that the third street on the left and go to Radboud 21.
