Damage to lodging accommodation insurance

In co-operation with the Europeesche Verzekeringen we offer an damage to lodging accommodation insurance. The damage to lodging accommodation insurance is mandatory and is 2% of the accommodation rent.(including insurance tax). The damage to lodging accommodation insurance is achieved between Amsterdam City Apartments and the guest if a pre-payment is made by the guest and is received by Amsterdam City Apartments.

Cancellation Insurance covering cancellation of your trip

Circumstances may force you to cancel your trip to Amsterdam that you have already (partly) paid for. Amsterdam City Apartments in co-operation with the Europeesche Verzekeringen offers an insurance policy that covers you specifically for cancellation. The cancellation insurance is optional and is 5,91% of the accommodation rent (including insurance tax).
