The Tulip Apartment is a beautiful, elegant apartment situated in a typical Dutch building, ancient and beautiful. Covering 107m2 and three floors, it can host up to 4 people quite comfortably. The furnishing is in an elegant, very modern style with large windows, white walls and wooden floors. To reach the apartment you ascend a typical Jordaan staircase that is very small and narrow. This will give you an experience you can only find in Amsterdam!

On the first floor you will find a beautiful design kitchen with a dining area and a lovely balcony. There are four chairs and the balcony is ideal to have a lovely moment in the sun or even eat outside if the weather permits. Next to a complete set of luxurious kitchenware, the kitchen contains a hob stove with 4 gas cookers, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffeemaker. All the conveniences you’ll need, are right there. There is also a gorgeous wooden dining table with 6 chairs. There is a separate toilet. The living room is situated on the second floor and can be reached by a small staircase. The room has a fantastic ambience due to the wooden floors and the big, nearly floor to ceiling, windows. It has a beautiful comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a DVD player.

The first bedroom is located on the second floor. It contains two single beds (2x90cmX200cm) with 2 single duvets that are joined as one large double bed. There are also bedside tables, lamps and plenty of storage space. The room is very bright due to two large windows and it is decorated in quiet, modest tones.

In this room there is a large flat screen TV and some storage space. This loft is really characteristic of Amsterdam buildings, with the high, pointed ceiling and the beautiful original cross beams. It just breathes luxury. On the loft floor there is an en-suite open bathroom. This bathroom is, just like the bedroom, decorated in an amazing modern style. It has a bath, a separate shower, a hand basin and a toilet.

Could this apartment be more central? The Amsterdam Jordaan is undoubtedly the most sung about, described and romanticised town district of the Netherlands. Started as a district for the poor, today it is a favourite place for students, artists and young professionals. The apartment is close to the city's important sights; the Anne Frank House is very close, within a couple of minutes walk and the Museum Quarter is also very near and easy to reach by public transport or just a brisk walk way.

Some of Amsterdam's most popular restaurants are also within this range and the Kalverstraat, the main shopping street, is very near. As for more exclusive and quirky stores, it will definitely be worth to pay a visit to the Nine Streets, a couple of interlinked streets with all kinds of shops imaginable. This too, is only a couple of minutes away from this apartment. The apartment can easily be reached by tram, bus and by foot from the Central Station.
